The Hanova family is growing!

Why not take a look at the development of our teams?

The year 2024 was marked by the recruitment of several employees to complete our teams. And there’s more to come. Today, we have 5 new employees at HANOVA:

– 5 permanent employees: Ghislain, logistics coordinator, and 4 production line operators: Kevin, Vincent, Hugo and Stéphane.

Over the course of the year, our teams were strengthened by 2 fixed-term contracts to cope with an increase in activity.

And since 1 March 2025, we have welcomed “Dorian”, a machine operator on a 6-month contract.

In the coming months, we plan to strengthen our team by recruiting :

a warehouseman to optimise our logistics and stock management.
a part-time sales assistant to support our development and improve customer relations.

At Hanova, it’s all about passing on our expertise. We like to share our know-how and support young people in their careers. In fact, we have 1 trainee with our teams:

– Antoine, aged 20, is a 2nd year student on a 6-week placement from mid-February to mid-April, responsible for collecting carbon footprint data, implementing 5S in the maintenance shop and stock management. During his work with us, we were able to assess his talents as a graphic designer, which led us to ask him to work on more creative subjects. Our young people are resourceful and versatile 😊

These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to training and the continuous improvement of our business. It is with this dynamic in mind that we want to strengthen our teams and involve them in our corporate life.
